Our automatic debarking line consists of a motorized diabolos input conveyor, a disk debarker with variable capacity depending on the wood diameters, and a motorized diabolos output conveyor, often equipped with an automatic ejector.
The EC 250 industrial peel debarker, available in manual or automatic version, offers a debarking capacity of 7 cm to 20 cm in diameter, with a maximum capacity of 25 cm in diameter. It uses electrical energy to produce about 5 pickets per minute, ensuring high efficiency for industrial needs.
It is equipped with a full mass machined disk made of hardened 40CMD8 steel, designed to offer a strength 3 to 4 times greater than a conventional disk. This 7-blade disk, which has a hardness of 55-62 HRC (compared to 42 HRC for standard disks), guarantees increased durability and performance.
