The operator controls the forward movement of the deck and the disentangler from the control console. When the wood reaches the conveyor, he chooses to cut the sections to be eliminated or to cut a log according to the defined dimensions. The adjustment of the stop is effected by precise controls.
Once the wood is positioned against the stop, the operator activates a button that closes the clamps and automatically triggers the blade movement. After cutting, the clamps open and the cleat releases the log, which is fed to the stop plate. Depending on its quality, the ejectors orient it either to the right or to the left.
