The APP 300 M 2-sided wood picket fitter, developed by Europe Industrie 87, is distinguished by an innovative transmission system without mechanics, using a gear motor, servo motor and direct drive.
It offers a speed of 1.4 seconds per cycle, allowing the processing of approximately 300 pegs per hour. Proven with the hardest wood species, such as acacia, this machine is the most robust on the market. It is equipped with guide columns Ø 60 and a knife holder 300, with arms/joints Ø 35.
It is intended for wood up to Ø 20 and has a digital display for the tracking of the number of pitchings. Weighing 1,500 kg, this machine was designed to meet the sustained production requirements of the picket industry.
This machine is also available in automatic version without operator.
The stile feeder is equipped with a system of connecting rods and cranks (M16 to M20) which operate two converging and symmetrical knives. These are secured by a casing that prevents any direct contact with the blades.
To ensure high reliability and low maintenance, the machine features removable bronze self-lubricating bushes and a reinforced chassis. Integrated sensors on the knives automate the topping-up process.
