Take a look at the first section of our automated production line for stakes and poles!

Today, we’re showcasing the pole-cutting station, which consists of the following equipment:

🔹 A 14-meter infeed conveyor leading to the saw;
🔹 A semi-automatic cutting machine equipped with an 800 mm blade and a pneumatic clamp to hold the timber in place;
🔹 A stop system that allows you to select one of 7 cutting lengths—ranging from 60 cm to 2 meters—directly from the control panel;
🔹 A 3-meter outfeed conveyor to discharge the cut pieces.
